The hiking trails in the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park offer fantastic views towards the Mediterranean Sea and the coastal town of Calpe with its marina. It's a wonderful place to see the Costa Blanca from above. For this reason, the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park is one of my favorite destinations in the Alicante province.
I particularly like the blue of the sea water in combination with the bright colors of the urban architecture and the white sailing boats. I like hiking on the Peñón de Ifach to enjoy the relaxing ambience in the natural park and to look at the city of Calpe. In the distance rise the mountains near the coast, including the Sierra de de Bernia with its foothill called Morro de Toix, and the Sierra de Oltà. On a sunny day on the Mediterranean coast.
The Peñón de Ifach Natural Park is the symbol of Calpe. Due to its exposed location, it attracts many visitors because it offers excellent vantage points on the coast. It has fascinated people for a very long time. Nowadays it is a popular destination for hikers and climbers.
This photograph is destined to bring some of the charm of the seaside town of Calpe and the blue of the Mediterranean Sea into your home.
