Description
I particularly like the reflections of the golden sunlight in the wet sand at sunrise on the Mediterranean coast. Walking along the sandy beaches in Calpe, I often enjoy the sound of the sea and feel the soft sand on the soles of my feet. I love to go in search of a motif early in the morning, when the coastal landscape is lit up by the first rays of the day's sun.
The detail shot on the sandy beach is dedicated to the interplay of sea water, sand and sunlight. I concentrate on subtle hues and natural textures. In my opinion, the timeless beauty of nature is revealed in minimalist compositions and simplicity.
This photo is inspired by reflections in the water, the enchanting colours at sunrise and long walks on the beaches of the northern Costa Blanca. It is meant to bring the relaxing effect of sea water and sand into your home.
