View of the marina in Moraira and the Mediterranean coast. Travel destination Costa Blanca in Spain. I like a viewpoint in Moraira which is located on the enchanting cove called Cala del Portitxolet. From the elevated position above the cliffs, there are wonderful views of the coastal town of Moraira, its pretty marina and the white sailboats. Depending on the weather conditions, the sea water appears there in shades of blue and turquoise.
In contrast to the dreamy blue of the sea water, the boats and the cliffs are illuminated by the Mediterranean sunlight and appear in very light shades of white and beige. In the distance you can see the landmark of Calpe: it is the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park, which rises majestically from the sea.
The coastline in Moraira is a wonderful place which is characterized by clear sea water and interesting rock formations. It is located between the Cap d'Or headland and the marina of the coastal town. This photograph is dedicated to the gorgeous coves and sailing on the northern Costa Blanca in Spain. It is meant to bring the charm of the Mediterranean coast into your four walls.
