Description
Winter sunset in a rural area in Saxony. Elegant silhouettes of trees meet the colors of the evening sky.
The sleeping nature is characterized by warm lights and dark shadows. Shortly before sunset, the landscape appears almost black against the light. Golden sunlight shines from behind the slender tree trunks. The air is cold and clear.
Walking across meadows and fields, I am inspired by the tranquil ambience and the annual changes in nature. I love to incorporate the shapes of old trees, whose branches are clearly visible in the cold season, into my pictures.
This photograph is dedicated to the beauty of old trees with their slender trunks and complex branching, but also to the golden evening light.
