View from the top of the Sierra de Oltà towards the imposing Sierra de Bernia mountain range. The shape of the steep mountainsides combined with the soft clouds that seem to touch the peaks inspired me to take this photo.
The mountains called Sierra de Bernia and Sierra de Oltà are some of my favorite places for hiking and photography on the Costa Blanca. Away from the touristy coastline, you can enjoy the best views high up in the mountains.
My photographic work is inspired by long hikes on remote mountain trails in the Alicante province in Spain. Every time I hike in the Sierra de Oltà and let my gaze wander into the distance, the feelings of freedom, tranquility and serenity are omnipresent. Welcome to my portfolio and shop. My name is Adriana and I love exploring the surroundings with my camera. I am fascinated by the interplay of light and shadow, but also by details and natural structures. Trees and their strong roots, animals, mountain landscapes, the Mediterranean Sea and abstract reflections are among my favorite topics. I would like to share my impressions with you and bring the enchantment of nature into your home. My creative activities are dedicated to nature photography in Alicante province (Spain) and Saxony (Germany), as well as drawing and watercolor painting. Long hikes in the mountains, through forests and along the Mediterranean coast inspire me a lot. When I am out in nature and let my gaze wander over the...

I can't imagine how big these mountains are, the town looks so tiny! What a great view of the shapes and enormity of this mountain range Adriana!
Adriana Mueller replied:
Thank you very much for this lovely comment, Linda! The summit of the Bernia mountains is about 1120 meters above the sea level. It is not a high mountain range, but yet the rock faces look impressive and there are some difficult paths that require experience in irregular terrain.
