Enchanting ambience in a remote place. On the shore of a small quarry, a vertical rock face is reflected in calm water. A wooden boat is attached to a slender tree trunk. Nature is still asleep, but spring awakening is imminent.
Rough stones and tall trees are reflected on the almost smooth surface of the water. There is almost no difference between the environment and its reflected image. This photograph is dedicated to the relaxing interplay of subtle colors, light and shadow.

I am fascinated by the interplay of light and shadow, but also by details and natural structures. Trees and their strong roots, mountain landscapes, the Mediterranean Sea and abstract reflections are among my favorite topics.
