Abstract reflections at sunrise on the Mediterranean coast in Spain. Golden and blue hues of a wavy water surface.
When the cliffs and rock faces on the coast are illuminated by the first rays of the day, they appear in vibrant shades of orange and gold. In this photograph the colors of the cliffs are reflected on the slightly undulating water surface.
Since I am fascinated by the flowing movements of sea water and reflections, this image is fully dedicated to the surface of the water - to its abstract structures and the magical interplay of colors. Orange, golden and yellow hues meet the mirrored blue of the sky.
During a morning coastal walk on the Paseo Ecológico in Benissa, there are wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea. Thus, this photograph is dedicated to the magical lights at sunrise, the meditative effect of flowing water and the dreamlike coves on the northern Costa Blanca.
