Fine sand meets clear water, sunlight and symmetry. On the Mediterranean, I often enjoy the sound of the sea water and feel the soft sand on the soles of my feet. I am particularly inspired by the gentle movements of the waves and the clear water that gently flows over the fine sand. When the sunlight is reflected in the wet sand, the effects are abstract and elegant. This beach scene is characterized by the light blue sea water and sand that appears silver gray and beige. The subtle colors give the picture a relaxing and dreamy touch.
I like to experiment with symmetry using detail shots. To further emphasize the abstraction, I combine the natural reflection and its reflection in one image.
