Description
Beach and cliffs on the Mediterranean coast in Spain. Rock formations that have been formed over thousands of years by the power of the sea water. The imposing climbing rock called Morro Falquà and the dark blue sky are reflected in the calm sea water. Gentle movements and magical reflections on the surface of the sea water inspired me to paint this coastal scene. It is dedicated to the relaxing ambience of the seaside and the sound of the sea.
The cove called Cala Moraig is one of my favorite spots for watercolor painting during the winter season on the Costa Blanca. I love using watercolor techniques to capture the enchanting colors and subtle reflections of the Mediterranean coast.
