View from Peñón de Ifach towards the coast and the port of Calpe.
On a hike to the top of the Peñón de Ifach mountain, there are wonderful views of the blue Mediterranean Sea, the coastline and the architecture of the coastal town of Calpe. On the one hand, the port of Calpe offers space for the boats of the fishermen - on the other hand, it is a popular marina, where numerous sailboats and motorboats are moored.
In general, the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park is considered a landmark of Calpe. In the past, it served the locals as an observation post and to protect the coast against pirates. It was part of a surveillance system of the Valencian coast. Today it is a popular destination for hikers and climbers.
Landscape photography near the Mediterranean Sea which is dedicated to the enchanting blue sea and sailboats. The northern Costa Blanca is a place of contrasts and it is characterized by tourism. Nature meets urban architecture. Clear sea water meets beautiful beaches and cliffs.
