Air meets sunlight. When the sun touches the horizon and the clouds are illuminated by warm sunlight, the sky transforms into an enchanting dreamscape. The abstract interplay of shapes and colors can be very versatile and unpredictable.
This glowing orange pattern of clouds is dedicated to the magic of the moment, which is part of constant change and movement. Based on a detail shot of the sunset sky, I developed an abstract cloudscape of air and sunlight. It is created through reflection and symmetry.
The fantastic colors at sunset on the Mediterranean coast inspire me very much. When photographing the sky at sunset, I like to imagine floating in a sea of clouds ... or traveling through time where sunlight meets air and symmetry.
