White almond blossoms unfold their delicate beauty in the semi-shade of the almond trees. The fine petals shine bright white in the Mediterranean sunlight. Some blossoms in the background appear as points of light against the sunlight. A gentle touch of spring is in the air and the lovely almond blossoms are a harbinger of nature's awakening.
Nature photography on the Costa Blanca in Spain that is inspired by the almond trees in bloom and the tranquil rural life. The natural grace of the small almond blossoms, but also the interplay of lights and shadows inspired me to create this picture.
This photograph is dedicated to a wonderful spectacle of nature that takes place every year in the Alicante province. The almond trees are in bloom.
The almond blossom on the Costa Blanca begins in January and reaches its peak in February. Both directly on the coast and in the agricultural hinterland, the white and soft pink blossoms transform the landscape into an enchanting sea of flowers.
